Qualifications

Every member of the team has been selected carefully for their experience, knowledge and understanding of children’s needs and all are required to hold a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure (police check).

All rooms or groups will be supervised by at least one member of staff and a deputy qualified to NVQ L3 with all other staff qualified to NVQ L3 or NVQ L2 as standard.

Apprentices are also part of our nursery family and we are proud to have a long standing and excellent reputation as a training provider of quality.

We train our apprentices with one goal in mind, to become part of our qualified staff team and as such we expect nothing but the highest standards from our trainees.

In-house training

All staff and trainees are required to complete numerous in-house training courses annually in order to keep their skills fresh and current.

These courses cover a variety of subjects from Safeguarding to Creative Play and Leadership to Food Hygiene.

They ensure our staff are equipped to provide the very best care for your child.

In addition all new staff and trainees undergo a comprehensive induction at the point of joining our team and undergo annual appraisal in order to support their personal development.
